Each PS Jewels piece is handmade with care, and we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.
If your jewelry experiences a manufacturing or construction issue within 30 days of delivery, such as a strand breaking under normal use, please contact us at hello@ps-jewels.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll review the issue and, when appropriate, repair or replace the piece at no cost.
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage or care, stretching, tarnishing, scratches, or damage caused by pulling, snagging, water, chemicals, or other outside factors.
Because each piece is handmade and many materials are naturally unique, exact replacements may not always be available. If that happens, we’ll work with you on the closest available option.
